AboveBoard CRM has been a life-saver!  We’re a small shop… one employee/office manager and 3 sales representatives.  AboveBoard CRM has allowed our office manager to spend less time bouncing between ISO portals hunting for status updates, merchant processing, and other data, and more time focusing on getting new deals worked and submitted.  She can enter an application once in AboveBoard CRM and then send it to all of our ISOs, using their merchant applications, and never have to fill out a form herself.  We also send links to our prospects so they can fill out pre-quals online, saving us so much time and back and forth.  We can even submit applications electronically via the ISO APIs.  Because of AboveBoard CRM, we’re more organized than ever and that allows us to work about 15 more deals a week.  

Also, the dashboards and reporting are excellent, as they give you exactly what you need at a glance without any digging around like our previous CRM.  One of the most helpful dashboards shows a 12-month processing history, broken down by ISO and card type.  So good!
